I had just moved to Hot Springs,AR from Hawaii and had already tried two other agents that in my opinion just didn't want to really listen to what I wanted. I met Sherry at a showing she had with couple and I asked if she could also show me the houses. She never faultered once showing the other couple, we went back through. I explained that I was looking for a realtor and she gave me her card, we discussed what I was looking for and she was diligent in locating several places that fit. I stumbled upon a listing on Lake Hamilton that I was very serious about and withing minutes Sherry secured a viewing and I was able to put in the first offer. The property ended up in a bidding war and I was fortunate enough to win the bid. Sherry then successfully navigated the contract with the other agent through a probate situation and I am now in my cottage by the lake.
