I got in contact with Sherry Smith when I was first interviewing for my job in Hot Springs. Not only did she do an excellent job showing me properties I was interested in when I initially visited Hot Springs, but she was also a stupendous advocate of the Hot Springs area itself. She knew a lot of history about the area, showed me all of its natural beauty (including taking me to the Garvan Woodland Gardens), and sold the area to me in a way that I doubt others could. It was in large part because of her that I decided to ultimately accept a job offer there; because I could see myself purchasing a beautiful waterfront property there, and spending my life living and working there. After I accepted my job offer, she then became my Realtor and helped my husband and I look at fabulous properties in Hot Springs. We found our dream home, she helped us navigate through the entire house buying process, and we finally recently closed on our dream home. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in Hot Springs or even thinking of moving there! I cannot say enough wonderful things about her.
