Sherry Smith went above and beyond every step of the way. Her advice was accurate about listing price, home touch ups, and information about inspection results. She has excellent experience and gave suggestions to help us make informed decisions. We felt very prepared for each step and she guided us through the entire process. I had just moved to Hot Springs,AR from Hawaii and had already tried two other agents that in my opinion just didn't want to really listen to what I wanted. I met Sherry at a showing she had with couple and I asked if she could also show me the houses. She never faultered once showing the other couple, we went back through. I explained that I was looking for a realtor and she gave me her card, we discussed what I was looking for and she was diligent in locating several places that fit. I stumbled upon a listing on Lake Hamilton that I was very serious about and withing minutes Sherry secured a viewing and I was able to put in the first offer. The property ended up in a bidding war and I was fortunate enough to win the bid. Sherry then successfully navigated the contract with the other agent through a probate situation and I am now in my cottage by the lake. Sherry's experience and knowledge is key to the timely success of my purchase on a property that was exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much or how we say in Hawaiian, Mahalo nui loa.
